found a great motor for cheap!
my dad found this on craigs list for $300. works great. this should get us anywhere with no problem. but mostly we will just need to get in and out of the harbor before we set sail. cant wait.

anchor/whatever fits area
on the inside cabinet we can have some kind of reel for the rope or chain for the anchor, then it can come out the top like in the first picture...
